SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, so you will receive your new items within 1-3 business days. We offer free delivery on all orders over €30, -. For orders under this amount, shipping costs €4,00 with delivery to your door or packing box.
If you have the opportunity to pick up your order during the store's opening hours, then choose Click & Collect as delivery. We have your order ready no later than 4 hours after you have completed the purchase.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT
Have you regretted your purchase or need to switch to another size?
You are always welcome to exchange or return your item in all PIECES stores in Netherlands (remember to bring your order confirmation / receipt). If this is not possible, you can send the item to our store. please follow these steps:
- 1. Pack the item well and use suitable packaging for shipment.
- 2. Attach a copy of your order or write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
- 3. Return it via your local PostNL/DHL point. Please note the return costs are on you.
- 4. Send the package back to PIECES PIECES Zaailand 93, 8911 BL Leeuwarden
When we receive the package, we will refund the amount to you. Please note that it can take some weekdays - up to a week - from the time we receive the package from you until it has been processed.
If you need a different size, we recommend that you make a new order or come down to the store and exchange.
